DILICIOUS AND QUICK MIX VEGETABLE RECEPI

recipe for vegetable mix sabzi:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start to brown.
  2. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with roti, rice, or naan.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of mixed vegetables you like in this recipe. Some popular choices include cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, peas, green beans, and bell peppers.
  • If you want a spicier sabzi, you can add more red chili powder.
  • If you want a thicker gravy, you can add a little more water or tomato paste.
  • This sabzi is also delicious served with a dollop of yogurt or a squeeze of lemon juice.

Enjoy!
