DILICIOUS PALAK PANEER RECEPI

DILICIOUS PALAK PANEER RECEPI

Recipe for Palak Paneer:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup paneer, cubed
  • Lemon juice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly, until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the paneer and cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
  6. Season with lemon juice to taste.
  7. Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.

Tips:

  • If you don't have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach. Just thaw it first and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  • If you want a smoother sauce, you can puree the spinach before adding it to the skillet.
  • You can adjust the amount of heat in this recipe to your liking. If you want a spicier dish, add more red chili powder.
  • Serve palak paneer with a dollop of yogurt or chutney for an extra layer of flavor.

Enjoy!
