EASY MUTTON STEW RECEPIES 😋😋😋😋😋



Kerala Mutton Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless mutton, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the mutton and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the water and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the mutton is tender.
  5. Stir in the cilantro and serve hot.

Pakistani Mutton Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless mutton, cut into 2-inch chunks

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the mutton and cook until browned on all sides.

Tips:

  • If you don't have coconut milk, you can substitute heavy cream or half-and-half.
  • Serve the stew with rice, naan, or roti.
